Nicola’s previous roles have centred around leadership, sales, HR & recruitment, and operations largely within L&D and professional training. Nicola is the Head of Individual Membership & Accreditation Services for the Association for Coaching, a leading worldwide professional body for coaching and is the Co-Founder and Coaching Skills Trainer at Leader as Coach supporting C-level, executives, emerging leaders, managers and individuals wanting to embed a coach approach. In addition, Nicola is a qualified A1 assessor, and has previously been a tutor and author of NVQ/ Diploma distant learning publications.
